Terms of service

Effective 18 October 2026

These terms describe invited business use of Blanket, operated by Foundry Systems. A separate written agreement takes priority where it covers the same matter.

1. The operator and service

Foundry Systems
Science Park 608
1098 XH Amsterdam
Netherlands

Blanket helps founders research companies, check sources, prepare outreach drafts, and record results. Access is by invitation. Public registration and automatic outreach sending are not part of this deployment.

2. Account access

Use the email and access code assigned to you. Keep the code private. Do not share an account or let another person use your access.

You must have authority to act for the business whose data you submit. Tell us if you believe an account or code was misused.

We may restrict access to investigate misuse, protect data, comply with law, or end an invitation. Contact us if you need help recovering saved work.

3. Check research and AI output

AI output and business data can be incomplete, wrong, or out of date. A cited page does not guarantee that a finding is correct.

Check sources, contact roles, and relevance before using results. Do not present generated text as proof of facts you have not checked.

The service does not guarantee leads, replies, sales, revenue, or other business results. It does not provide legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

4. You control every message

You review and approve each message before sending it in Blanket or Gmail. You are responsible for its recipient, sender details, content, timing, and lawful basis.

An optional Gmail connection needs your separate Google permission. You can pause sending or disconnect it in Settings. A send that Gmail has already accepted can finish after you pause or disconnect. If the result is uncertain, check the send status before you try again.

  • Use accurate sender details and a valid reply address. Include a postal address where required.
  • Check marketing and privacy rules before contacting a person. A public email address is not permission to send marketing.
  • Keep a working way to object or opt out. Process requests and keep contact blocks accurate.
  • Check the actual From address, subject, and full message in your email service before sending.

App checks help prepare messages. They do not determine whether a message or contact is lawful.

5. Permitted use

Use the service for lawful business work. Do not use it to:

  • Send spam, deceive recipients, harass people, or ignore objections or contact blocks.
  • Submit stolen information, passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal records.
  • Break access controls, enter another account, overload the service, or misuse provider access.
  • Infringe privacy, copyright, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Make significant decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or similar personal outcomes.

6. Content and third-party services

You keep your rights in your content. You permit us and the providers in our Privacy notice to process it as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use content. Public source material and provider records can have separate rights and licence limits.

Hosting, database, AI, and business data services have separate terms and limits. We do not control their availability or external website content.

7. Availability and changes

The invited service can change and have interruptions. We use access controls and backups, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or recovery of every change.

Keep copies of work needed for business records. Contact us before closing an account if you need help with a copy or deletion.

These terms do not authorize automatic charges. Any paid plan needs separate pricing and payment terms before it starts.

8. Responsibility and applicable law

You are responsible for your use of research, contact data, and messages. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us.

Nothing here excludes responsibility or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not require arbitration or remove mandatory legal remedies.

Dutch law applies, subject to rights and protections that mandatory law gives you. Contact us first about service issues or disputes.

9. Updates and contact

We will publish relevant changes here and update the date above. We will provide further notice where the law requires it.
